What is Sae Jong School?

Sae Jong School is a Korean language and culture program held on Saturday mornings in Beverly Hills, Michigan. For over 30 years, Sae Jong School has provided education of the genuine tradition of Korean people and the spirit of Korean culture for the students. Through its educational endeavor, Sae Jong School promotes the students to acquire the pride of being Korean people with a great cultural heritage.

    Sae Jong School General Information

    View registration forms and school calendar for 2008-2009
    1st semester: September 6, 2008 through January 24, 2009 (16 weeks)
    2nd semester: January 31, 2009 through June 6, 2009 (16 weeks)
    School Hours: Saturdays, 10:00AM - 1:30PM (except holidays)
    Location: Detroit Country Day Middle School
    Classes: Korean language, Korean history, Korean culture, Tae Kwon Do, traditional dance, calligraphy, daily conversation in Korean, business conversation in Korean
    Student Ages: between 4 years old and adults
    Classes Available: Pre-K, kindergarten, elementary (1st-5th), middle school, high school, adults, Korean SAT II
    Classes for adopted Koreans and businessmen
    Tuition: $185 per semester/student
    Lunch time snack fee $25/family
    Total: $210 + Textbook and material fee $15 (if necessary)
    (tuition is tax deductible; financial assistance available)
